2. Personal Data
gofas.gr, applying precisely the principles of personal data protection provided for by the International and European Law that regulates matters regarding the electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, Presidential Decree 131/2003, Joint Ministerial Decree Z1-891/13-06-2013, Directive 2011/83/EU) as well as by the Law on consumer protection (Law 2251/1994) that regulates matters regarding distance selling and the relevant provisions of the Greek law (Law 2472/1997) on the protection of the individual and the protection of personal data, as it has been supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Data Protection Committee, PD 207/1998, 79/2000, article 8 of Law 2819/2000, and the European law with directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC, explicitly declares that it shall not make any illicit use of your personal data and in no way shall reveal, disclose, sell, rent or exchange your personal information and the information that you submit to any third party. Upon your request, your personal data shall be permanently deleted and shall not be given to anyone in any way. By submitting material to our server, you agree that such material does not contain any information that is not correct, illegal, or in any way unsuitable for use and publication.

The names of products and companies that are referred to in this website may be the trademarks or trade names of their respective owners. Your access to this web page should not be construed as granting, consequently, by estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any signs, logos, images and representations displayed on this web page without our prior written consent or that of any third party owning the same.
7. Shipments of Products-Orders
Gofas.gr can serve customers from all over Greece. All shipments of orders are made free of charge to all Greek cities. For your convenience, we give you the opportunity to select the delivery agency. You can select among the courier companies {ACS Courier, Speedex and InterAttica} and have your order delivered at your place, and the Hellenic Post (EL.TA) and pick up your order from your local post office.
Your orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, depending on the availability of the products. If your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will contact you so that you state whether you wish to complete your order or not. Please note that an extra charge may apply for distances over 20 km from cities where a courier company is based and for some remote islands if a courier company is chosen as the manner of shipment instead of the Post Office.
The user may conclude a valid order through the online store, as long as he/she has the capacity to contract in compliance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (if he/she has completed eighteen years of age and is not subject to judicial protection as to the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders may also be placed by the legal representatives of legal entities. GOFAS SA reserves the right to seek the return, from the supervisor or guardian, of any orders placed by incapacitated subjects.
8. Repudiation of the contract and Return of products
You have the right to return the products that you purchased, without incurring any liability and without being required to notify the reason for which you wish to return the products, within fourteen days (14) from the date of their receipt. To exercise the right of repudiation, you must complete and send the special “return form” that is available at the gofas.gr website. You must send the product in the perfect condition in which you received the same, i.e. without having violated the packaging and confirming that the specific labeling of the product has not been removed. Furthermore, you must include the receipt, along with the submission of the repudiation statement contained in the “return form.” The return shall only be accepted if made through a shipping company (courier) and only upon the company’s approval. In this case, you shall be charged only with the direct cost of returning the products. If the products are returned, the refund of your money will be completed within thirty days from the date of receipt of the products. After the expiry of the 14 days, the official agencies in Greece shall be liable for any claims in connection with the brands they represent, as the warranty that accompanies your watch covers any problem that may arise.
9. Product prices
All the prices indicated in our catalogs include 24% VAT. These prices concern the quantities that are available in our stock, whereas gofas.gr reserves the right to adjust prices. For some areas of Greece for which reduced VAT rates apply, and provided that an invoice is issued for your order, the prices of products are lower than those quoted by the reduced VAT. For transactions performed on hire purchase via credit card, the amount of the monthly installment results by dividing the product’s price by the number of installments that you chose, without any additional interest.
10. Miscellaneous
- Force Majeure: If is not possible for us to deliver the products within the specified time for reasons of force majeure (e.g. adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will notify you via e-mail, so that you state whether you wish your order to be completed under these circumstances or not. GOFAS SA shall not be held liable for any situation that is beyond its fault and shall do everything humanly possible to serve you in the best way.
- In cases where you have entered an online order and, upon the receipt you find that a product (or products) is missing from the total order, please contact us to arrange all the necessary details and send you the products not shipped without any extra charge.
- Amendment of the terms hereof: gofas.gr reserves the right to amend or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The company undertakes the obligation to update this text as regards any change of or addition to the terms.
- In the case of non-receipt of the goods ordered (and if an unreasonably long time has elapsed from the order’s entry), please contact a representative of gofas.gr. For your better and faster service, we would recommend that you indicate the special order code that is sent to the email address that you provided with your order.
11. Applicable Law
All transactions that you carry out through gofas.gr are governed by the general law on consumer protection (Law 2251/1994) and the specific legislation for the regulation of electronic commerce (PD 131/2003 transposing Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce, Joint Ministerial Decree Z1-891/13-06-2013 transposing Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights). The rules mentioned above expressly provide for the free provision of electronic commerce services without a previous authorisation and for the possibility of concluding valid contracts by electronic means of any type (articles 3 and 8, paragraph 1, of PD 131/2003).
